We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Media and Data Manager to join a dynamic Post-Production Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of critical media assets and data, directly enabling the creation of compelling marketing campaigns that reach millions. Your expertise will guarantee that creative visions come to life efficiently, from initial concept to final delivery, making a tangible difference in how new content is introduced to the world. **What you'll do:** * Identify available audio/visual sources, facilitate their distribution, and meticulously track deliveries to creative and finishing vendors for offline editorial and final production of marketing asset masters.
* Source comprehensive information related to titles, versions, deliverables, and scheduling to maintain project clarity.
* Create and log Media Orders, precisely outlining deliverables for finishing vendors and post-production supervisors, and effectively communicate expectations to internal Operations teams including Marketing Services, Distribution, and Asset Management and Preservation.
* Ensure all metadata is current and accurate, revising Media Orders as necessary to reflect changes.
* Partner with internal Marketing Operations to generate and make preview links for key assets accessible to cross-functional partners.
* Source finished marketing assets for internal teams as needed, responding to various requests.
* Retrieve finished assets from a designated storage platform to share with creative vendors for their archival purposes.
* Provide essential general support to the Marketing Post team, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
* Manage requests to digital content suppliers, defining delivery priorities to ensure vendors receive the most appropriate and current content for editorial processes.
* Utilize internal and external asset management tools to ascertain content availability and communicate this information effectively to creatives and post producers.
* Log all requests in a tracking database, detailing files delivered, timelines, and ensuring completeness and accuracy, with proactive follow-ups on pending and standing orders.
* Communicate any delivery issues, such as missing, incorrect, or corrupt files, to the digital content supplier promptly.
* Verify that vendors are cleared by Content Security for access to pre-release assets, following up as needed.
* Facilitate vendor onboarding and profile updates with the digital content supplier.
* Service internal library requests from asset management systems, including sharing finished marketing assets with creative agencies for ideation and offline editorial.
* Collaborate with Post Producers and internal Operations to ensure Campaign Asset Trackers are complete and accurate, facilitating timely workorder creation.
* Submit Title Requests to the Title Team for Variant ID generation, consulting with Post-Production Supervisors to identify asset differences when necessary.
* Generate workorders using dedicated tools, ensuring accurate Asset IDs, file names, and deliverables lists, then log data and distribute work orders to Post Producers.
* Follow up as necessary to update or correct asset metadata, maintaining data integrity.
* Contribute to the Post Team's general support, including preparing for data tracking system conversions, documenting team meeting notes, compiling data for departmental metrics, managing digital folders, and engaging in special projects. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * 5-7 years of experience working with digital media in a post-production environment, preferably within entertainment marketing at a Studio, Post-Production Vendor, or a creative agency.
* A strong general understanding of Film and Television Production and Post-Production processes, particularly as they relate to the end-to-end creation and flow of assets.
* 3+ years of experience entering and searching data within a Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), or Production Asset Management (PAM) system or equivalent.
* Proven experience in creating work orders, fulfilling, delivering, and tracking asset requests.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a demanding, fluid, and deadline-driven Post-Production environment.
* Proficiency with spreadsheets and navigating databases.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience with order management systems.
