Job Summary:

The Clinical Operations Manager (COM) oversees the Client Experience Environments and Medication Support Services across all Center locations. This role ensures that client interactions-from lobby checkinto treatmentroom readiness-reflect Penny Lane's philosophy and meet standards set by contracts and the Joint Commission. The COM promotes operational consistency, regulatory compliance, highquality client experience, and efficient workflows that support treatment staff and client care.

The COM leads office managers and medication support teams, strengthens crossdepartmental collaboration, and supports the integration of PLC programs by aligning roles, responsibilities, and workflows across departments. This position also oversees safety intelligence and incident reporting, ensuring timely followup, trend analysis, and systemlevel improvements that reinforce a culture of safety and transparency.

By integrating administrative operations, safety practices, and medication workflows, the COM ensures each location delivers a seamless, traumainformed, and clientcentered experience. The role serves as a key connector between administrative, clinical, and leadership teams, driving operational excellence and supporting the organization's mission to provide accessible, highquality behavioral health care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Master's Degree in the mental health field and be licensed for two years as a Ph.D, Psy.D, LMFT, or LCSW.
  • Advanced working knowledge of behavioral health related to the psychiatric field, community resource development, family, individual and group therapy and developmental diagnosis.
  • Valid California driver's license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization's insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.

Position Location: North Hills, CA (Travel required to all office locations, Lancaster and Commerce).

Salary Range: $93,450 - $113,350 per year (salary based on years of supervisory experience).

Flexible schedules are available upon successful completion of introductory period.

Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure.
