Mizzou Athletics Job Description
The University of Missouri Soccer, Tennis, and Gymnastics programs are seeking a Creative Content Director to lead all aspects of the programs' creative content strategy. This position will oversee the planning, production and execution of video content and graphic design to enhance the programs' brands, support recruiting efforts and engage fans across digital and social platforms. The Creative Content Director will be responsible for developing team-specific videos and graphics while delegating tasks to other content creators as needed. Key Responsibilities include: Developing and executing a comprehensive creative content strategy for Mizzou Gymnastics, Tennis, and Soccer. Building in-season/offseason creative calendars & managing content pipelines. Planning, producing, and editing video content, including team hype videos, videoboard content, recruiting materials and behind-the-scenes storytelling. Coordinating graphic design initiatives for game content, milestones & brand identity. Coordinating with photo director for all photo needs. Scheduling, managing and delegating tasks to other content creators, including full-time and part-time photographers, videographers and graphic designers. Collaborating with coaches, student-athletes, and support staff to create compelling visual narratives. Ensuring content aligns with Mizzou Athletics' brand standards and messaging. Staying up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to elevate content quality and engagement. Working closely with Mizzou Athletics Creative staff to coordinate coverage and maintain brand consistency. Assisting in content planning and execution for special events, media days and game-day initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Shift
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Prior creative experience working directly with college soccer and gymnastics is preferred. Anticipated Hiring Range
