Vice President, Product & Market Development

The Vice President, Product & Growth Solutions is responsible for executive leadership of the organization's product management, product marketing, solution sales, and product development functions. This role provides strategic and operational oversight for the full product and solution lifecycle, ensuring alignment between market opportunities, customer needs, revenue objectives, and technology investments.

The position is accountable for defining and executing product vision, portfolio strategy, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market alignment across the organization. The role serves as a key connection point between customers, sales, marketing, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure coordinated delivery of scalable, customer-focused solutions and measurable business outcomes.


Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Establishing product and portfolio strategy aligned to organizational growth objectives.
  • Governing product roadmaps, investment priorities, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Leading product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market coordination across solution offerings
  • Supporting strategic customer pursuits, solution development activities, and executive-level client engagement.
  • Providing oversight for product engineering, solution development, and delivery execution.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies to inform strategic direction and investment decisions.

Key performance indicators associated with the role include:

  • Product revenue growth and recurring revenue performance.
  • Product delivery timelines and release quality.
  • Growth within strategic customer accounts.
  • Product utilization and feature adoption.
  • Pipeline contribution and market expansion initiatives.

The role operates as a member of the executive leadership team and contributes to broader organizational planning, growth initiatives, operational alignment, and business transformation efforts. The position is expected to balance strategic leadership with operational execution while fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer focus across multidisciplinary teams.


Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, business growth, or related leadership functions.
  • Demonstrated executive leadership experience managing cross-functional organizations and market-facing teams.
  • Experience leading product portfolios, market adoption initiatives, and customer engagement strategies
  • Proven ability to align product direction with customer needs, revenue objectives, and organizational priorities.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customer pursuits, executive-level client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, go-to-market coordination, and organizational scaling.
  • Ability to operate effectively across business, operational, and technical stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience establishing operational metrics, governance frameworks, and performance management practices.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in utilities, infrastructure, geospatial technologies, field operations, asset management, mobility, analytics, or operational platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise business systems, operational workflows, and customer-facing product organizations.
  • Experience operating within high-growth, transformational, or acquisition-integrated environments
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams spanning product, marketing, growth, customer engagement, and development functions.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range
