Job OverviewThis leader leads an Enterprise F1000 acquisition sales team that delivers wireless voice, data, Internet of Things solutions to help customers improve operations and drive business outcomes. The role involves managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team focused on large enterprise sales growth, new business acquisition, and revenue generation across F1000 accounts. The role differentiates by combining strategic leadership with direct sales management to build a team of hunters who bring grit, determination, and discipline to complex enterprise sales. This leader sets the strategy, operating rhythm, and performance expectations for the team while guiding sellers in executive engagement, solution selling, partner ecosystem collaboration, and cross-sell opportunities. Success is measured by team performance, customer engagement, and achievement of sales targets within key accounts.
