About the Team/Role The Customer & Enterprise Experience organization is building WEX's AI-native revenue flywheel - reimagining how customers and internal teams engage across the entire lifecycle journey. Our mission is to architect a unified, intelligent ecosystem that modernizes customer experiences, automates enterprise workflows, and accelerates revenue growth through AI-powered transformation. We are seeking a visionary Director of Product, Revenue Lifecycle & Emerging Tech to lead two critical strategic priorities: modernizing and reimagining WEX's quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle ecosystem, and driving AI-enabled transformation initiatives across enterprise functions including Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on solving complex enterprise-scale challenges tied to revenue leakage, operational efficiency, workflow automation, and AI-native platform innovation. The Director will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define the future-state vision for revenue lifecycle management while identifying practical opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve how work gets done across the enterprise. This leader will play a foundational role in helping WEX build a unified digital ecosystem that reduces friction, improves operational scalability, accelerates revenue capture, and enhances customer and employee experiences.
How you'll make an impact
Define and execute the long-term vision for WEX's quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle ecosystem across multiple business lines Lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on reducing revenue leakage and improving billing accuracy through platform modernization and workflow optimization Identify and prioritize AI-enabled transformation opportunities across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and customer lifecycle functions Partner with executive stakeholders to align enterprise priorities, drive organizational change, and influence strategic decision-making Build scalable, AI-native product and platform strategies that modernize customer and employee experiences Simplify fragmented workflows and operational processes through automation, intelligent tooling, and platform consolidation Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Finance, Security, Legal, Commercial, and Operations teams Lead through ambiguity while balancing long-term strategic transformation with near-term business outcomes Develop roadmaps and execution strategies for enterprise-scale modernization initiatives Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, experimentation, and responsible AI adoption Lead and grow a high-performing team of product leaders and AI-focused builders Deliver measurable business outcomes tied to revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost-to-serve reduction Evaluate and leverage modern AI tooling, prototyping environments, and AI-builder platforms to accelerate experimentation and delivery
Experience you'll bring
15+ years of professional experience with significant experience in Product Management and enterprise product leadership roles Minimum 5 years of people management experience leading high-performing teams Proven experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to define long-term platform visions and execution roadmaps Exceptional executive communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders with competing priorities Experience modernizing enterprise platforms, workflows, or operational ecosystems Strong systems-thinking and operational problem-solving capabilities AI-forward mindset with familiarity leveraging AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, and modern AI prototyping environments Experience working with AI-assisted development or prototyping tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, or similar technologies Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments Proven ability to balance strategic transformation work with measurable business execution Experience driving product strategy across multiple business domains and enterprise stakeholders Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered

Experience with quote-to-cash, revenue lifecycle management, billing systems, or revenue operations Experience within FinTech, Payments, B2B SaaS, or enterprise platform environments Experience leading AI-native product or operational transformation initiatives Familiarity with customer lifecycle ecosystems including onboarding, servicing, billing, invoicing, and automation Experience building or scaling AI-enabled workflow automation solutions Understanding of enterprise AI governance, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices Experience supporting AI transformation initiatives across Finance, HR, Legal, or Operations organizations Experience working within acquisition-heavy or highly fragmented enterprise environments
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Pay Range: $185,100.00 - $216,300.00
