About this Role - Administrative Assistant We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for providing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support to operations. What You'll Do - Reviews weekly payroll and equipment transactions for accuracy and works with operations to make the necessary corrections. - Supports operations with booking travel. - Reviews and codes monthly credit card transactions. - Communicates with vendors and supports the office and shop with making purchases. - Supports setting up new jobs in JDE and distributing associated reports. - Supports setting up new customers in JDE. - Assists with scheduling training and meetings. - Ensures the execution of company policies and procedures. - Assists with the coordination of field and operational activities in association with Project Managers. - Assist with printing plans as needed. - Provides daily administrative and office support for operations as needed. What You'll Bring - A basic understanding of generally accepted accounting practices. - Extensive knowledge of general office procedures and practices. - Demonstration of multi-tasking and data entry skills, including prioritizing tasks. - Proven attention to detail skills. - Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Proven communication, organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office. - High School Diploma or Equivalent (Education beyond High School preferred). - 1-2 years of administrative and/or clerical experience.
