Your skills and competencies will bring acute medical care to our members throughout Minnesota - keeping them safe at home. You will find autonomy to practice your craft at max capacity for your licensure/certification while being fully supported by our nurses, advanced practice practitioners, physicians, and support staff. We work together to ensure a harmonious approach to meeting the diverse health needs of our members. You will have cutting-edge equipment at your fingertips for point-of-care diagnostics while providing quality, compassionate care to our members. You will work as part of a team with a longitudinal relationship for a more complete picture of the members you serve. Lifespark is a complete senior health company headquartered in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, designed to help people stay healthy, navigate their health options with confidence, and ultimately live fuller, more independent lives as they age. Our global risk model provides a flexible, home-based delivery system that meets clients where they are with a scalable approach intentionally built to meet the converging meta-trends in the senior health market. We are looking for team members who will continue to spark innovation to revolutionize the way health care is delivered with our members to keep them off the rollercoaster of the current delivery systems. Position: Mobile Urgent Responder Hourly: $36.00 - $45.00 hourly, depending on experience Service Area: Twin Cities Metro area. Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile. Schedule: 0.75 FTE. Three (3) daytime, 10-hr shifts/week. (rotation: every 4th weekend, 2 holidays per year and no-call) Lifespark Benefits Include:
