Overview Job Title: Materials Coordinator Supervisor - INTERNAL ONLY Locations: Arnold AFB, TN Function/Branch: Acquisitions/Construction Directorate: Modernization Position Type: Regular, Full-Time Pay Type: Exempt Sponsorship: Position Not Sponsored Grade: A08 (BA0825) Salary Range: $97,000 - $122,000 / year Overview Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Materials Coordinator Supervisor supporting TOS II, at Arnold AFB, TN 37389. The Materials Coordinator Supervisor will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for supporting the construction efforts by providing technical support to craft and supervision as well as helping to satisfy quality requirements on the project. Also, initiating action when necessary to ensure the project is being built as specified in the scope of work. Open to internal candidates only.
Job Summary The successful candidate will provide leadership to site materials coordination personnel at the project site to ensure that materials are provided on time and in sufficient quantity to support the completion of construction work. Ensure accurate reporting of all materials required for work package installation. Monitors the work processes ensuring timely and accurate distribution of materials to Construction and/or Subcontractor installation locations. Develop project workhour estimates and monitors against approved budgets. Assists in establishing long-range objectives and in developing personnel. Provides materials coordination support to project functional groups. Job Duties:
Supervises/Managers' material requirements and personnel supporting material requirements for the entire project to ensure all FPR (Field Purchase Requisitions) are complete, correct and entered into OWAM in a timely manner.
