APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Utilize the SEM tools to image defects of interest per customer request. Communication to customer when needed for clarification of jobs and follow-ups. Usage and proficiency with dual-beam FIB tools for cross sections and imaging as needed where above methods are insufficient. Train and execute on sample preparation for SRP (Spreading resistance profilometry), and AFM (atomic force microscopy). Train and execute on sample preparations for TEM (involves the use of dual-beam FIB tool) - providing ultra-thin samples attached to lamellae for TEM group. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Sciences 2+ years of experience in semiconductor industry Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
