Description
Job Summary
The Field Safety Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and wellbeing of field personnel working on electrical construction and service projects. This position provides on-site safety leadership, conducts inspections, supports crews with hazard mitigation, and ensures adherence to company policies, OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and industry best practices. The Field Safety Supervisor partners closely with project managers, foremen, and electricians to maintain a proactive safety culture. Essential Functions
