About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience:

As a Lead Member of Technical Staff (LMTS) Software Engineer on the Revenue Cloud Configurator team at Salesforce, you are at the forefront of building the next generation of intelligent product configuration experiences for sales organizations and buyers globally. You work on high-impact capabilities including AI-powered configuration intelligence, Lightning Web Components (LWC)-based designer elements, DataManager architecture, Constraint Modeling Language (CML), advanced bundle support, non-blocking UI execution, and Agentforce-embedded workflows. Your work directly drives market leadership in the product configurator software category, delivering intelligent, extensible, and high-performance configuration experiences that power deep integration across the broader Revenue Cloud ecosystem.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Lead architecture, design, and delivery of the Product Configurator UI and backend services on the Salesforce Platform, including DataManager, bulk configuration, and the CML constraint engine, while driving cross-cloud adoption across Insurance, Subscription Management, and partner ISV integrations.

  • Architect and implement agentic AI capabilities embedded into the Configurator experience - including AI-assisted constraint modeling, intelligent product recommendations, and Large Language Model (LLM)-powered configuration guidance.

  • Champion engineering productivity via spec-driven development and multi-agent orchestration workflows, lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and cross-workstream architects on feature design and roadmap execution, while building and maintaining regression test suites, end-to-end (E2E) testing frameworks, and CI/CD automation to ensure quality and platform trust.

You're Our Person If:

  • You have 10+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in LWC, Apex, and Salesforce Platform development, including complex UI state management, real-time data merging, and event-driven UI architectures.

  • You have experience with web services integration (SOAP/REST), Salesforce asynchronous processing, platform security capabilities, and a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • You have a demonstrated ability to drive cross-team technical initiatives, work with geographically distributed teams, and serve as a trusted technical authority with customers and partners.

  • You bring strong mentorship skills and a track record of developing junior engineers and leading technical design discussions across large engineering organizations.

Even Better If:

  • You have experience with Agentforce, LLM integration, prompt engineering, or agentic development workflows including multi-agent orchestration.

  • You are familiar with CML or rules-engine-based configuration systems, advanced configurator patterns such as bundle management or visual builder, or Data Cloud integrations and Connect API.

  • You have experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated regression frameworks, or familiarity with ISV configurator integrations and extensibility patterns.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
