Position Summary:
The University of Wisconsin-Platteville invites applications for a 9-month Lecturer position in Spanish within the Department of Humanities. Appointment percentage will be based on departmental needs. The position primarily supports in-person instruction on the Platteville, Wisconsin campus. We are seeking an engaged and student-centered instructor committed to undergraduate language teaching and fostering students' linguistic and intercultural competence. Key Job Responsibilities:

About the Program: The Spanish program is housed within the Department of Humanities, which also includes English and Philosophy. The department values interdisciplinary teaching, student-centered learning, and the development of global and intercultural perspectives. The Spanish program serves students from a variety of majors and plays an important role in the university's general education curriculum.
