Job Summary:
The Arena Control office monitors computers to ensure the safe reliable operation of the building. Building temperature, lighting, fire panel controls, and security camera monitors will be used daily. Other job duties will include documenting radios and keys, assigned and returned. Checking all incoming mail, UPS, Fed Ex, freight, etc.; and delivering to the proper departments. The qualified person for this position must have excellent communication skills. This department acts as a central location for all departments to report any issues, problems, or concerns they may have which may affect their role or their department's needs. All issues must be taken care of in an expeditious manner. Reporting any building issues to the supervisor/manager is key in making sure all problems are resolved. The position's scheduled hours will be Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 pm until Midnight, and Monday through Wednesday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Some holidays will be needed to ensure proper coverage. Shift changes may be needed occasionally to cover special events or staffing needs. Key Job Responsibilities:
