The Outsourcing Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic management of outsourced functions, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and high-quality delivery.
JOB FUNCTIONS * Develops and implements strategies for outsourcing critical business functions, from concept to delivery * Ensures compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements * Oversees the outsourcing lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to closeout and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards * Conducts risk assessments, develops contingency plans, and ensures outsourced activities meet corporate SOPs, policies, and industry regulations * Tracks and reports on outsourced project performance, identifies improvement opportunities, and recommends process optimizations * Works with internal teams and external partners to align outsourcing initiatives with business goals * Develops and manages outsourcing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency * Mentors staff, provides guidance, and fosters professional development * Stays updated on outsourcing trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and applies them to improve operations | |
