Job Title- Field Service Technician

Location- Chandler AZ 85226

Contract type- 3 Months Contract-to-Hire

Pay range - $19/hr - $20/hr

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Field Technician to provide on-site technical support for restaurant operations. In this role, you will ensure the smooth performance of hardware, networking components, and related technologies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving technical challenges while delivering excellent customer service.

Description:
* Strong hardware break-fix experience.
* Large Format printer experience.
* LaserJet break fix experience.
* Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
* Technician will travel to each client's location
* Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer
* Works under general supervision
* Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
* Personable as they will be interacting with a wide range of users and environments
