Description

  • Oversees payroll, AP/AR, fuel and equipment, and job cost accounting, including certified payrolls and reporting.
  • Responds to DOL audits and requests.
    Supports HR functions: onboarding, applicant tracking, employee changes, benefits, records, attendance, and compliance.
  • Maintains CDL driver records and monitors FMCSA screenings.
  • Manages subcontractor insurance certificates, credit applications, and lien waivers.
  • Handles MDOT contract closeout.
  • Collaborates with Supply Chain on project procurement.
  • Supervises job cost reporting, including journal entries, adjustments, and accruals.
  • Assists Safety Supervisor with claims, OSHA reporting, and safety incentives.
  • Supports project staff with software platforms and systems.
  • Manages CCIP/OCWIP/OCIP enrollments and man-hour reporting.
  • Coordinates drug tests, MVRs, and E-Verify for new hires.
  • Assists Accounts Payable, including ticket log entry and tracking.
  • Maintains compliance records for audits.
  • Tracks equipment costs and usage.
  • Prepares rental letters for equipment.
  • Arranges travel, including flights and hotels.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
