About the Opportunity

This is more than a traditional General Manager role - it is an opportunity to lead one of the premier full-service Hilton properties in the Columbus market.

Located in the vibrant Polaris district, Hilton Columbus/Polaris is a highly recognized destination known for its upscale accommodations, dynamic meeting and event space, strong food & beverage offerings, and exceptional guest service. Positioned within one of Columbus' fastest-growing business and entertainment corridors, the hotel serves a diverse mix of corporate, group, leisure, and social business.

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven General Manager who is energized by leading a high-performing full-service hotel while continuing to elevate guest satisfaction, associate engagement, and operational excellence. This leader will play a critical role in driving overall hotel performance, strengthening market positioning, enhancing service delivery, and fostering a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and hospitality excellence.

The ideal candidate understands how to balance exceptional guest experiences with strong business acumen - bringing expertise in team development, revenue strategy, operational leadership, and owner relations. This is a highly visible leadership role with the ability to make a lasting impact on both the property and the guest experience.
