Description & Requirements About the Role The AI-Automation Principal Engineer is responsible for architect, manage and designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft AI services and Azure Copilot for the Source Make and Deliver team (SMD) across functions and regions. This role requires management of business stakeholders and coordinate technical internal and external teams to integrate AI capabilities into workflows, automate processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. The focus is on practical application of AI, managing the and delivering high-impact solutions that optimize productivity, streamline operations, and enhance user experiences with a strong emphasis on AI-powered automation to transform repetitive tasks into intelligent, self-optimizing processes. In addition, the role requires a solid understanding of modern data architecture principles, ensuring that AI-driven use cases are built on a reliable, scalable, and well-structured data foundation. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need.
