Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT
You will work within the Finance Global Operations and Transformation team, driving the adoption of the Finance transformation program and initiatives (including partner facing change programs such as Stewardship Essentials).
Acting as a trusted thought partner, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable change and capability-building efforts that deliver measurable impact. You will ensure change initiatives are embedded effectively, capabilities are built at scale, and teams are equipped to sustain new ways of working. You will also prepare Finance, Executive Assistants (EAs), and adjacent functions (such as Talent and Professional Development) for readiness and learning, while fostering engagement and alignment across key stakeholders. You will report to the Senior Manager of Change and Capability building, and collaborate closely with the Finance function, Technology teams, EAs, and adjacent functions.
You will execute change management efforts for the Finance transformation program, including partner-facing Stewardship Essentials, ensuring alignment and readiness across Finance, EAs, and adjacent functions. You will support community readiness: develop and execute strategies to prepare these communities for program adoption, including tailored learning and readiness plans - structured learning content, FAQ repositories, executing mandatory training and open hour sessions. You will support communication: design and deliver clear, impactful communication to keep partners, Finance and EA communities informed and engaged. You will act as a trusted advisor and connector across stakeholder groups, fostering collaboration and alignment. You will support the change champion network: develop a trusted network of local champions to seek inputs, radiate the key messages, and measure local adoption. You will support the change road map: develop and manage a strategic roadmap that integrates long-term vision with day-to-day operational excellence. You will drive seamless execution of change initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and adoption and behavioral change outcomes are met.
You will manage and coordinate the Finance function's ongoing mechanism for getting early inputs and understanding partner sentiment, adoption barriers, and opportunities for intervention across key Finance transformation priorities. You will support the partner sounding board: manage a pool of partner sounding board members, facilitating early input and pressure-testing of new ideas for the Finance Transformation initiatives and capabilities. You will support the partner sentiment survey: oversee the partner sentiment survey across priority topics for Finance, analyze trends and insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
You will support Finance AI capability building by enabling local champions and functional leaders to drive adoption within their own teams, with a focus on creating scalable and sustainable ownership across the function. You will be providing central guidance, structure, and support for capability-building efforts across Finance transformation priorities. You will be equipping regional and functional champions with the tools, messaging, and frameworks needed to drive adoption locally and to deliver training and learning within their teams. You will help identify and scale high-value practices and lessons learned across the broader Finance organization.
