Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote. The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial part in the recruitment and hiring process for our business units. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team, managing onboarding for new hires, and coordinating with hiring managers to assess candidate fit. You will also assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and participate in employer branding initiatives. Additionally, you will manage TA vendors, and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.A Day in the Life... * Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team such as; scheduling complex on-site interviews for multiple team members as well as phone and video interviews, processing and tracking candidate interview reimbursements. What We Are Looking For: * 3+ years of relevant experience in recruitment Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Preferred)Work Experience: At least 3 Years of ExperienceAnnual Salary: $59,700 - $82,060The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
