Valencia (CA), United States Senior Technical Support Audiologist 163607 United States, Remote Senior Technical Support Audiologist The Senior Technical Support Audiologist will be part of the Auditory Technical Services team within the Quality organization. This role is responsible for providing advanced clinical and technical support to field teams, cochlear implant centers, audiologists, and recipients. The position supports complex troubleshooting, product complaint investigations, clinical training, and special projects while partnering closely with Customer Service, field teams, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Support the Technical Support Hotline, including Audiology on Call inquiries More about you: * Advanced degree in Audiology required; Doctorate in Audiology preferred Skills and competencies * Ability to provide clear, professional, and compassionate support to clinical partners and recipients Travel * 5-10% travel may be required How we work This is a remote position. The selected candidate must be able to work independently while staying closely connected with internal teams, field partners, and clinical customers. A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova Don't meet all the criteria? *Plan rules/offerings dependent upon group Company/location. This role's pay range is between: $83,200 - 102,000 annually . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
