Position Summary The 1834 Wealth Client Experience Specialist provides comprehensive support to High Net Worth (HNW) Wealth Advisors by exercising independent judgement in delivering exceptional client service, managing administrative and operational tasks, and assisting with business development initiatives. This role ensures superior client experience through proactive communication, technical expertise, and organizational excellence, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards. This position is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and requires a high degree of autonomy and independent judgement in decision making. Serve as the primary service contact for clients, exercising independent judgment to resolve complex inquiries and issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.
