Job Description:

The SR SALES ENABLEMENT ADVISOR plays a critical role in the Sales Enablement team, supporting Enterprise and Public Sector sales execution, field alignment, cross-functional coordination, and revenue-driving initiatives. This role acts as a key connector between Sales and internal business partners, including Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, Compensation, HR/Talent, and related support teams, helping ensure priorities are clearly communicated, tracked, and executed across the organization.

Collaborating closely with Enterprise and Public Sector Sales Leadership, the SR SALES ENABLEMENT ADVISOR supports the planning, coordination, execution, communication, and reporting of strategic sales initiatives that enhance sales performance, improve field engagement, and support business growth. This role plays a key part in how sales priorities are brought to life through Sales Campaigns, Blitzes, All Hands meetings, leadership readouts, seller engagement programs, winner tracking and recognition, and lead-related sales execution workflows that help drive pipeline accountability and follow-through.

The ideal candidate can turn complex priorities into clear, visually compelling presentations and meeting experiences that help leaders communicate with clarity, motivate the field, and drive consistent execution. This role requires a strong mix of business analysis, project coordination, presentation design, meeting execution, communication support, and hands-on follow-through.

Recurring operational and coordination work essential to business continuity is also a core part of this role. This includes supporting the scheduling, planning, hosting, run-of-show coordination, presentation readiness, and follow-up actions for recurring sales campaign meetings, All Hands meetings, leadership updates, and other operating rhythms that keep Enterprise and Public Sector Sales aligned and moving forward.

In this high-impact role, the SR SALES ENABLEMENT ADVISOR balances business analysis, creative presentation design, confident facilitation, and disciplined execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can organize moving parts across teams, and is comfortable supporting both strategic initiatives and daily execution needs. By helping connect priorities, processes, communication, and accountability, this role makes a measurable impact on sales productivity, field alignment, and overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • All Hands, Sales Meeting, and Presentation Support - Support the design, coordination, execution, and delivery of Sales All Hands, campaign meetings, leadership readouts, and recurring operating forums tied to Enterprise and Public Sector sales priorities. This includes building presentation storylines, creating visually clear and engaging decks, coordinating inputs across stakeholders, supporting run-of-show planning, scheduling recurring business continuity meetings, hosting or facilitating portions of meetings when needed, and helping deliver content with clarity and confidence

  • Headcount and HR/Talent Communication Support - Partner with HR/Talent and Sales Leadership to support headcount-related communications, tracking updates, and business alignment needs. This may include helping coordinate updates, maintain visibility into open roles or organizational changes, and support clear communication across the business as needs evolve
  • Evaluation of Metrics and Impact - Track and analyze key sales activity, campaign, lead, meeting, and execution metrics to help assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations that support stronger execution, field accountability, seller engagement, and business outcomes
