Position Swenson Spreader is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join 2 ^nd shift, working from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. In this role, you will apply lean manufacturing principles to set up and operate press brake machines, performing tasks such as bending, forming, notching, and straightening metal parts based on specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC press brake machines for production runs Interpret blueprints, bend deductions, and job specifications Utilize CNC press brake controllers to program, modify, optimize bend sequences Select proper tooling and machine setups Perform bending, forming, and straightening operations Inspect finished parts and verify accuracy Record production data and maintain workflow Operate an overhead crane to move material Perform operator maintenance Follow safety and quality standards Qualifications 2+ years of press brake setup and operation experience Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent Strong blueprint reading and layout skills Experience with CNC press brakes like Ermak, Pacific, Niagara, Cincinnati Familiarity with a CNC controller and programs Knowledge of tooling, material types, and forming techniques Ability to work with overhead cranes and handle large components Strong attention to detail and quality Benefits 401K with Company Match Health, Vision & Dental Insurance Life & Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Account Paid Time Off (PTO) Program Paid Holidays Reimbursement for Select Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) *Aebi Schmidt i* *s an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.* *EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled*
