Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role combines traditional marketing responsibilities with operational support, inventory management, and marketing content collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, customers, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

  • Maintain a log of plant start-up forms in the Marketing Teams Channel.
  • Prepare and ship program manuals, SDS manuals, wall charts, pocket guides, bucket tags, and labels.
  • Track shipments and communicate updates to Sales.

Marketing Content Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with team members to develop the social media calendar and post content regularly across platforms.
  • Assist with ideation and competitor research to develop social media posts that engage customers and promote the brand.
  • Assist the Graphic Designer with updates to the website news section.

Office Supplies Management

  • Order shipping supplies, bucket tags, copy paper, chemical labels, program manuals, training binders, printer ink, and other miscellaneous office supplies.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure availability of essential materials.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • 2+ years working experience in Marketing, Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Familiarity with chemical or industrial product documentation is a plus.
