Job Title: Driver Lubes Transport Houston Pay: Hourly Schedule: Monday-Friday We at Sun Coast Resources LLC, a RelaDyne company, are hiring Driver Lubes Transport for Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver products to assigned locations as instructed Properly load and unload product at various customer locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner Operate pumps for loading and unloading of bulk products Up to 2 nights per week out of town may be required Complete and turn in paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Properly follow all DOT regulations, policies, and procedures Follow Sun Coast and customer operational and safety policies and procedures Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Samsara) Comply with company accident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills Cross train on a Class B truck Other related tasks as assigned by manager Why Join Us? Must live within 60 miles of terminal Minimum age 23 A valid TWIC Card Willing to be clean shaven Valid class A license with hazmat and tanker endorsements, a good driving record, and a good understanding of DOT regulations At least 2 years tractor trailer experience Able to work nights, weekends, and an extended workweek-overnight and/or out-of-town travel may be required Have some mechanical and electrical aptitude Have a professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work in extreme weather conditions Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and get along with others Able to read, speak, write, and communicate using the English language well enough to perform the job functions May be subject to comply with site specific drug testing requirements which may include hair follicle drug testing Strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, manage time, organize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Exposure to fuel, fumes, and moving equipment Physically demanding with extended driving time May be required to lift objects weighing 50 pounds Able to use three points of access getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day Able to climb steps to verify tank compartments as needed Able to work safely on uneven or muddy surfaces Preferred Experience in the fuel and or Lube industry Safety-Sensitive Position Notice: This position is designated as safety sensitive.
