General Role Description: You are a hands-on Executive Administrator who leads the day-to-day operations of a multi-site hospice provider. You implement and uphold agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. You drive strategic projects, support long-term objectives, and enhance profitability while maintaining high standards of care. You inspire and retain qualified staff, ensure service quality, and act as a key liaison across departments. You are present and available at the primary site during business hours-and beyond when needed-to lead with accountability and compassion. Primary Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance Financial Management Staff Leadership & Development * Mentor site leaders on clinical, operational, and financial goals. Growth & Community Engagement Reporting & Communication Required Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $81,776to $122,664 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
