*Office Coordinator* *Overview* We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented *Office Coordinator* to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance across multiple departments. This role serves as the front-line point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors while ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrates strong multitasking ability, and brings excellent communication and customer service skills. *Compensation* *$20.00 - $24.00 per hour*, based on experience and qualifications *Key Responsibilities* *Office Operations & Facilities Support* * Coordinate daily office operations to maintain a smooth and efficient working environment * Monitor office and facility conditions; identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs * Maintain kitchen and office supply inventory, ensuring proper stock levels at all times * Assist with internal office moves, events, and departmental activities * Partner with vendors and service providers to support office needs *Front Desk & Visitor Experience* * Manage incoming calls, intercom, and visitor access professionally * Welcome guests and visitors, determine purpose of visit, and direct appropriately * Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external visitors, including conducting office tours * Ensure consistent front office coverage with excellent customer service standards *Administrative & Coordination Support* * Process incoming/outgoing mail, courier shipments, and document handling * Maintain accurate filing systems and update process documentation * Input and manage data in internal systems and online applications * Verify data accuracy and generate basic reports as needed * Provide general administrative support across departments * Assist the Meetings & Events team as backup support when required *Process Improvement* * Identify opportunities to improve office workflows and recommend efficiencies *Qualifications* * 1+ year of general office administration experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset * Proven ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including: * SharePoint * Teams * Viva Engage * OneDrive * Knowledge of standard office procedures *Additional Requirements* * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Travel requirement: none *Key Skills* * Multitasking * Communication & interpersonal skills * Customer experience / client-facing support * Office 365 proficiency #centralpriority26 *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Bloomington, MN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
