*Job Title: Field Technician*
*Job Description* This Field Technician role focuses on providing high-touch, executive-level end-user support in a large, global enterprise environment. You will deliver advanced desktop support, manage device provisioning and lifecycle, and ensure reliable onsite and conference room technology experiences. The position requires a polished, professional presence and strong communication skills to support a demanding, high-visibility user base. *Responsibilities* * Provide Level 2 and Level 3 end-user support for Windows desktops, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. * Support finance, tax, and accounting applications, including Bloomberg terminals, ensuring they operate reliably and efficiently. * Handle new hire setups and device refresh activities as part of a Device-as-a-Service program, ensuring users receive fully configured devices on time. * Perform laptop imaging and deployment, ensuring devices are properly configured and compliant with organizational standards. * Manage and support Azure AD / Entra ID joined devices, maintaining secure and consistent access for users. * Provision and manage devices using Intune and Autopilot, including configuration, enrollment, and policy application. * Support legacy imaging processes using SCCM where required, ensuring continuity during transitions to modern management. * Deliver onsite support for moves, adds, and changes (MAC work), coordinating and executing changes to user setups and equipment. * Provide white-glove, in-person support to executives and other high-profile users, ensuring a professional and seamless support experience. * Support conference room and AV technologies, including Logitech Microsoft Teams Rooms systems, ensuring rooms are ready and functional. * Assist with meeting setup and troubleshooting for conference room technology, addressing issues quickly to minimize disruption. * Assist with mobility support for mobile devices, learning and applying best practices under guidance. * Assist with basic telecom support, gaining exposure to telephony systems and related technologies. * Assist with AV systems beyond conference rooms as needed, developing skills in a variety of audio-visual setups. * Collaborate with a team of field technicians to support approximately 900-1,000 global users and occasionally a broader ecosystem of over 2,000 users. * Maintain a professional, polished presence at all times and communicate clearly and courteously with users and colleagues. *Essential Skills* * Strong Windows desktop support experience at Level 2 and Level 3, including hardware and software troubleshooting. * Hands-on experience with Intune and Autopilot for modern device management and provisioning. * Experience managing and supporting Azure AD / Entra ID joined devices. * Demonstrated ability to provide end-user support in an onsite, high-touch environment. * Excellent soft skills and communication abilities, with the capacity to support executive-level users in a white-glove setting. * Polished, polite, and professional demeanor suitable for a high-visibility, professional environment. * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and handle sensitive or urgent issues calmly. * Experience working within mid to large company environments, supporting a sizable user base. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience supporting finance, tax, and accounting applications, including Bloomberg terminals. * Exposure to or experience with SCCM for legacy imaging and device management. * Experience in industries such as law, finance, or higher education is preferred. * Experience supporting conference room and AV systems, particularly Logitech Microsoft Teams Rooms setups. * Exposure to mobility support for mobile devices, with willingness to learn and expand skills. * Exposure to telecom systems and basic telephony support, with willingness to develop further expertise. * Experience working as part of a field technician team supporting hundreds to thousands of users across multiple locations. *Why Work Here?* You will join a large-scale, global enterprise environment where you can work with modern device management tools and high-profile users, gaining exposure to complex, enterprise-grade technologies. The technology stack includes Windows desktops, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM for legacy imaging, and Logitech Microsoft Teams Rooms systems for conference rooms. The setting emphasizes a professional, polished presence and clear communication, with an expectation of business-appropriate attire and demeanor to match the high-profile user base. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
