| Posting Summary |
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator I for the Douglass Residential College. The Program Coordinator I will manage the Douglass Honors College Community living learning community, as well as providing support to the Assistant Dean for Douglass Discovery Programming.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Oversees recruitment into the DHCC in partnership with the Honors College and Douglass recruitment teams
- Plans and implements activities for DHCC students, including during welcome days and orientation as well as over the course of the academic year.
- Supports leadership with assessment, design, and implementation of programs.
- Makes recommendations for change in programs content.
- Collaborates in development activities and alumni engagement.
- Provides administrative support to all Douglass Discovery programs.
- Works collaboratively with Douglass and Honors College staff and other partners to advance the mission of the unit.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of coordination, organization, facilitation, report analysis, writing, and promotion/outreach.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a program coordination or administrative function.
