Overview
The Sr. Marketing Generalist will be responsible for leading the development, management, and execution of client-facing marketing content and assets that support branch events, workshops, and local engagement efforts coming from Financial Consultants and branches. This role serves as the centralized owner of messaging, templates, and content processes-ensuring materials are scalable, compliant, and easy for the field to use. This role focuses on content, assets, and execution processes, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring strategies to life. Ideal skillset/experience:
- 5+ years marketing and project management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in Workfront a plus, but not required
- Experience with Salesforce a plus, but not required
- Ability to collaborate with a range of partners across marketing and business.
- Organized, detail-oriented, strategic thinker, self-driven
Asset management and communication template governance:
- Act as team SME for client messaging template creation and customization and fielding requests from Branch Network partners in the field.
- Own and maintain marketing templates and assets across platforms specifically designed to support communications to clients from financial consultants.
- Build modular, easy-to-use content that enables efficient customization by the field
- Manage lifecycle of assets, including updates, approvals, platform deployments, and retirements
- Partner with creative and production teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Template migration: support the migration of current templates to Salesforce. This will include finalizing requirements, proofing new templates, and troubleshooting issues.
- Reporting and analytics: maintain regular reporting on key metrics related to client messaging to understand usage, identify key insights and learnings, and inform leaders and partners on overall performance.
- Branch events and workshops
Program ownership:
- Own content for branch-led events and Branch Workshop presentations, speaker notes, and client communications - including creation of new content, updating existing, and fielding requests from Business and Branch Network partners as needed.
- Support creation, strategy, and rollout of new branch-led events and workshops, as needed.
- Maintain reporting and analytics to assess usage and effectiveness.

- Own and maintain marketing templates and assets across platforms specifically designed to support Financial Consultant presentation communications to clients from financial consultants. (invitations, confirmations, reminders, follow-ups)
- Build modular, easy-to-use content that enables efficient customization by the field
- Manage lifecycle of assets, including updates, approvals, platform deployments, and retirements
- Partner with creative and production teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Maintain existing and create new branch-led & marketing-led virtual events:
- Act as the SME for all branch-led and Affluent-Marketing-led virtual events.
- Own and maintain content and communications for automated and ad-hoc templates to clients on behalf of Financial Consultants.
