Key Responsibilities Follow delivery instructions, and maintain compliance with all DOT, company and customer safety and operational policies and procedures Safely secure and deliver storage tanks of various sizes, equipment or bulk packaged product to various customer or terminal locations in a timely and efficient manner Use onboard technology as instructed (Smartlogix, Samsara) Complete paperwork accurately and timely, if applicable Comply with company accident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor Other related tasks as assigned by manager Why Join Us? Must live within 60 miles of terminal Minimum age 23 Valid class A license with hazmat/tanker endorsements Have at least 1-year minimum tractor trailer experience Experience using a roll-off trailer Experience with Landoll Trailer Experience operating a forklift Experience operating a Winch Truck Able to drive at 13 speed Able to load, unload, strap, or chain down equipment Able to pass background screening including MVR and criminal May be subject to comply with site specific drug testing requirements which may include hair follicle drug testing Meet all DOT and FMSCA requirements for commercial drivers Able to work nights, weekends, and an extended workweek-overnight and/or out-of-town travel may be required Stable employment history Some mechanical and electrical aptitude Professional appearance and demeanor Able to read, speak, write and communicate using the English language well enough to perform the job functions Strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, manage time, organize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Exposure to fuel, fumes, and moving equipment Physically demanding with extended driving time May be required to lift objects weighing 50 pounds Able to use three points of access getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day Able to climb steps to verify tank compartments as needed Able to work safely on uneven or muddy surfaces Preferred 18 speed experience Safety-Sensitive Position Notice: This position is designated as safety sensitive.
