Job Title: Driver used Oil Pay: Hourly Schedule: Hours TBD We at Sun Coast Resources LLC, a RelaDyne company, are hiring Driver Used Oil for Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities Follow delivery instructions, and maintain compliance with all DOT, company and customer safety and operational policies and procedures Properly load and unload product at various customer locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner Clean tanks and tankers Properly follow all DOT regulations, policies and procedures Complete paperwork accurately and timely Comply with company accident and incident reporting procedures for accidents and spills Other related tasks as assigned by manager Why Join Us? Must live within 60 miles of terminal Minimum age 23 Valid class A license with hazmat and tanker endorsements, a good driving record and a good understanding of DOT regulations Able to pass background screening including MVR and criminal Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience Be willing to be clean shaven Have experience driving at 10 speed May be subject to comply with site specific drug testing requirements which may include hair follicle drug testing Have some mechanical aptitude Have a professional appearance and attitude, and abide by the company dress code policy Be flexible. May be asked to stay late and/or work on weekends. (Work week may exceed 70 hours (oilfield exemption applies). Ability to work an extended work week. Overnight and/or out of town travel may be required Good basic math skills, and ability to communicate well in verbal and written fashion Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and get along with others Strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, manage time, organize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Exposure to fuel, fumes, and moving equipment Physically demanding with extended driving time May be required to lift objects weighing 50 pounds Able to use three points of access getting in and out of the tractor, multiple times a day Able to climb steps to verify tank compartments as needed Able to work safely on uneven or muddy surfaces Able to enter and work in a small, confined space, for tank and tanker cleaning Not be afraid of heights Preferred Experience in environmental operations Experience operating a Forklift Experience on a roll-off trailer Safety-Sensitive Position Notice: This position is designated as safety sensitive.
