Your work will connect diverse teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivering extraordinary outcomes that resonate with a global audience.

* Navigate complex cross-functional collaboration across international teams and time zones, ensuring work is proactively planned, dependencies are managed early, and teams operate with clarity and efficiency.

* Translate marketing priorities into clear project plans, roadmaps, timelines, trackers, and deliverables.

* Assist with annual and quarterly forecast planning for upcoming marketing priorities.

* Support growth initiatives, including lifecycle marketing, on-device experiences, and campaign execution.

* Own and maintain project documentation, production schedules, status reporting, and master timelines across initiatives.

* Drive alignment on changing scope, timelines, and priorities while ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged.

* Establish and run effective team rhythms, including kickoffs, status meetings, executive reviews, and post-mortems.

* Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early; proactively drive resolution across stakeholders.

* Ensure clear, consistent communication and visibility across stakeholders, including senior leadership.

* Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and ways of working across teams.

* Support meeting coordination, notes, recaps, and action tracking to ensure clarity and accountability across initiatives.

* Collaborate with other Marketing and Project Managers on tracking standards and protocol.

* Exercise strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex inputs into clear, actionable outputs.

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing timelines, trackers, and multiple competing priorities.

* Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership and initiative.

* Proven ability to anticipate change, problem-solve proactively, and drive work forward independently.

* Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality execution.

* Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as industry-standard platforms or similar.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience within a services-oriented or recurring revenue product environment.

* Familiarity with multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle marketing, on-device experiences, or growth-focused initiatives.

* Experience working across marketing, business, product, analytics, and creative teams.

* Strong understanding of customer journey and engagement across a services ecosystem.

* Ability to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
