This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact, driving strategic alignment and communication across a dynamic marketing organization responsible for cutting-edge data platform products. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations, fostering executive visibility, and amplifying key initiatives, directly contributing to the success and market leadership of groundbreaking technologies.

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence and compelling communication? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join a pivotal marketing team, where you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can translate high-level vision into actionable plans, and possesses the agility to drive complex projects from inception to completion. You will play a critical role in shaping internal narratives, supporting external messaging, and ensuring the marketing organization operates with precision and impact.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Serve as a trusted partner to marketing leadership, supporting planning, prioritization, and execution across key initiatives.

* Drive the Rhythm of Business (RoB), including leadership team meetings, agenda setting, follow-ups, and action tracking.

* Partner across product marketing, engineering, finance, and field teams to ensure alignment and forward momentum.

* Independently advance work by synthesizing inputs, creating first drafts, unblocking teams, and driving next steps.

* Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and bring forward solutions.

* Lead and execute internal communications strategy to drive awareness and adoption of key initiatives.

* Create and manage internal narratives across various channels, including emails, updates, leadership communications, and field alerts.

* Support external-facing communications by drafting social posts, blogs, and executive-ready messaging, ensuring alignment with approved frameworks and tone.

* Build and maintain an editorial cadence aligned with business priorities.

* Manage and track marketing budgets, including spend visibility and coordination with finance partners.

* Support the execution of planning cycles, including quarterly priorities and tracking against goals.

* Ensure adherence to team processes, governance, and compliance requirements.

* Operate with urgency, moving work forward quickly and independently.

* Translate high-level direction into clear outputs and actions.

* Maintain strong follow-through across multiple workstreams, ensuring deliverables land on time and at high quality.

**What You'll Bring**

* 5-8+ years of experience in business management, marketing operations, communications, or consulting.

* Proven ability to operate as a peer to senior stakeholders and influence without direct authority.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing executive-ready content.

* Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

* High ownership mindset with the ability to drive ambiguous work to completion.

**Bonus Points**

* Experience in enterprise technology or cloud marketing.
