Jr. Production Designer

Our client in the consumer health/welness nutrition space is looking for an entry-level, talented Production Designer with 1-2 years of design experience to support their design team.

The ideal candidate will be an integral part of a small creative team and have a detail-oriented mindset for production tasks that contribute greatly to our success in creating ads, emails, social posts, and other smaller but critical tasks as they arise. This Production Designer will be working directly with a group of experienced designers on the BlenderBottle brand team in a support capacity.

We need someone with great communication skills, the ability to complete work quickly, strong organizational skills, openness to input from art directors, and adaptability to various tasks. They must be able to work within production schedules and hit deadlines.

Your specific responsibilities could include:

* Web ad creation and replication

* Email creation and replication

* Website image creation and replication

* Product label updates

* Sales team asset creation and replication

Qualifications:

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

* Great organizational skills with design files, templates, and the design process.

* A strong working knowledge of Adobe CC is required, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.

* The ability to quickly turn around production tasks is critical.

* Ability to learn quickly with the capability to handle multiple production tasks at the same time.

* Strong interpersonal communication skills, as this position requires you to work with various individuals like brand managers, designers, and art directors.
