This is a temporary, full-time position covering a leave of absence, anticipated to begin July 6, 2026 and end December 4, 2026. Dates are subject to change based on business needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement of four days remote and one day onsite at our Sorrento Valley office in San Diego. With this hybrid setup, applicants must be within commuting distance of our corporate office in the Sorrento Valley area. About the RoleThe Temporary Full Lifecycle Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in attracting and hiring top talent by managing the recruitment process from intake through hire. This role partners closely with hiring managers, builds strong candidate pipelines, and ensures a positive and compliant hiring experience. Education & Certifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience * Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required, including hands-on experience in conducting intake meetings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, processing offers, and managing the background check and onboarding processes.
