The Associate Digital and Technology Product Owner will be responsible for supporting the execution of the strategy as defined by more senior digital/technology product managers for customer-facing technology solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the existing Digital Sales Platform on amfam.com as well as managing the retirement of aged sales platforms. You will participate in the enhancement or development of new digital or technology products, services and customer innovations. You will gather requirements and contribute ideas to the product and set priorities for tasks within defined constraints. You will initially report to the Director, Digital and Technology Product.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from either Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110 Internal candidates are encouraged to apply and should review the internal mobility guidelines in the hybrid policy reference guide for more information on potential relocation.
