Job Title: Associate Director, Omnichannel Operations (Medical Affairs & Global Rare)

Location: Cambridge, MA - Hybrid preferred; open to remote for the right candidate

Duration: 6 months Contract to Start through December 22, 2026

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Pay Range: $100-106/hr



Overview:

The Associate Director, Omnichannel Operations is responsible for hands-on execution and operational delivery of omnichannel tactics supporting Medical Affairs and the Global Rare Business Unit (GRBU).

This role partners closely with Medical, CXI platform teams, IT, Analytics, and external agencies to ensure omnichannel campaigns are implemented accurately, launched on time, and executed consistently across channels.

Responsibilities:



  • Execute omnichannel campaigns across email, web, and field-enabled journeys
  • Coordinate post-MLR implementation activities
  • Support campaign setup across marketing platforms
  • Manage UAT, QA, readiness checks, and go-live activities
  • Troubleshoot execution and platform issues
  • Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, and accessibility requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Analytics, IT, and external vendors
  • Contribute to scalable omnichannel workflows and best practices


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7-10+ years of omnichannel, digital marketing, or marketing operations experience
  • Experience within pharma, biotech, or regulated industries
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM systems, and Veeva
  • Experience with campaign execution, QA/UAT, and launch coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in matrixed environments


Preferred:



  • Experience supporting Medical Affairs or Rare Disease initiatives
  • Master's degree preferred
