General Description of the Job Class Contribute to the goals of the Musculoskeletal Service Line through the development and leadership of performance improvement activities in the operational and/or clinical areas. Assure continual compliance with quality and safety standards by facilitating projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop business cases and proposals to support strategic service line initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities of this Level 1. Project and Resource Management
2. Team Facilitation, Communication and Presentation Skills
3. Data Analysis & Compliance Monitoring
4. Professional Development
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Minimum Qualifications
Education A bachelor's degree in a business or health-related field is required. Experience Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years of experience with significant responsibility for performance/ process improvement. Experience leading work teams required. Experience can be supplemented with a Master's degree, with a Master's being equivalent to two years of experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
