Overview TRC is seeking a Senior Director - Chemical & Regulatory Strategy to serve as a senior strategic advisor and engagement leader within its Strategic Health Sciences practice. This role is focused on delivering enterprise-level regulatory strategy, risk advisory, and transformation solutions for clients operating in highly regulated chemical and life sciences environments. The Senior Director will guide organizations through complex regulatory, policy, and market dynamics, with particular emphasis on TSCA, PFAS, and emerging chemical regulations, translating these into actionable strategies that enable resilience, compliance, and sustainable growth. This is a high-impact consulting leadership role with responsibility for client delivery, revenue generation, and market development, operating at the intersection of chemical policy, public health, and business strategy. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
