Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Physician Assistant I to join our inpatient orthopedic surgery service in a dedicated night shift role. This position offers a unique opportunity for providers who prefer a consistent nighttime schedule while practicing at the top of their license in a highly autonomous and collaborative environment. The APP team plays a central role in managing orthopedic patients across trauma, total joint, and surgical subspecialties, with strong support from orthopedic surgeons and resident physicians. Salary Range: Minimum 58.03/hour - Maximum 89.94/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
