  • Track, organize, and control inventory levels of stock items using CMMS software
  • Enter, post, distribute, and close work orders
  • Adjust inventory from stock
  • Create and update PMs as needed
  • Distribute PM assignments to maintenance techs
  • Enter Completed PMs and work orders in database
  • Enter production line breakdown records into database
  • Create purchase requisitions and submit for approval
  • Record all expenditures for each department
  • Manage general usage spare parts that are checked out of inventory
  • Manage parts requests and lead times
  • Manage Receivers when parts are delivered
  • Negotiate and locate parts with supplier
  • Research pricing
  • Maintain files
  • Pick-up purchased items from local vendors as necessary
  • Track cost of ownership for assets

Qualifications: A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent. Must have one year of manufacturing maintenance experience is required.
