Overview:
We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to support our Finance Department. This role is essential in assisting with data analysis and pricing decisions within the firm. The ideal candidate will engage with attorneys on various matters, providing financial data and insights to help the department achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Analyze financial data to provide insights for pricing decisions.
* Engage with attorneys to track client budget and active matters, ensuring timely communication on respective projects.
* Support the transition to new business intelligence software and tools.
* Collaborate with a larger finance team for questions and insights on pricing strategies.
* Contribute to strategic discussions with business owners, advising on financial matters and pricing.
* Monitor historical matters and assist in project-based financial tracking.
* Utilize Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data management and reporting.
* Build custom reports in PowerBI and present to firm shareholders. Prepare client budgets for upcoming projects and support the Pricing Manager.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, pricing, finance, or a related field.
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with a focus on statistics and numbers.
* Experience with developing financial insights for decision making.
* Familiarity with software such as Excel, Power BI and SQL
* Ability to work collaboratively and engage effectively with attorneys and stakeholders.
* A strategic mindset to advise business owners on financial matters.

The estimated starting salary range for this position is $68,000 - $76,000 per year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, and overall qualifications.
