We have an exciting Truck Was Crew Leader opportunity in our Alden, Iowa location. The Crew Lead will interact in daily operation of the truck wash and bio-dry facilities to ensure requirements of proper sanitation, inspection, scheduling and procedures are being followed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list is not intended to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.
* Create daily and weekly truck wash and bio-dry schedules to meet the requirements of live haul, mortality reclaim, maintenance and production operation
* Enforce proper washing and bio-dry procedures are being followed by all team members in accordance with company guidelines
* Submit facility and equipment maintenance items in a timely manner and contact appropriate personnel
* Interact, assist, and train truck wash team members as needed
* Conduct proper inspection on all equipment washed at the facility
* Complete daily wash log, bio-dry log, and other truck wash reports as directed by management
* Operate shag truck and skid steer in a safe manner and ensure daily inspection prior to use

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Required:
* High School or GED; 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
* Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level.
* Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

* The employee must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds and sometimes push and/or move up to 300 pounds.

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts; and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration.
* The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After-hours, weekends, and overnight travel as requested.
