Job Type: Term (Fixed Term)Contract & Grant Administrator/Senior Contract & Grant Administrator(1-year Term) RAND seeks a Contract & Grant Administrator at a Mid-Level or Senior level to join our Contract & Grant Services department, with a focusinfederal and nonprofit contractandgrant awards. Experience working with a variety of sponsor types is preferred, including federal government agencies, state and local governments, nonprofit organizations, private foundations, and commercial entities.

Education & years' experience for Contract/Grant Administrator A bachelor's degree ina relateddiscipline and 4 years of relevant experience is preferred. However, a combination of education and relevant experience may be substituted for a BS/BA degree where a High School Diploma or GED equivalent would berequiredalong with 8 years of experience. Education & years' experience for Senior Contract/Grant Administrator A bachelor's degree ina relateddiscipline and 6 years of relevant experience is preferred. However, a combination of education and relevant experience may be substituted for a BS/BA degree where a High School Diploma or GED equivalent would berequiredalong with 10 years of experience. Locations Pittsburgh, PA; WashingtonDC; Santa Monica, CA;Open to Hybrid or Remote Salary range:$75,700 - $130,900 Contract/Grant Administrator: $75,700-$112,400 RAND considers a variety of factors when formulating an offer, including but not limited to, the specific role and associated responsibilities; a candidate's work experience, education/training, skills,expertise; and internal equity.The salary range includes base pay plus RAND'ssabbaticpay (which providesadditionalcompensation above base pay when vacation is taken).
