General Summary: The Channel Partner Service Manager will be the primary point of contact for our top 10 DMX Dealer and US Independent Affiliates as assigned by management. This role is the liaison between the partner and Mood internal teams to support their day-to-day request and inquires. The Channel Partner Service Manager creates a strong relationship with the assigned Affiliate Partners to support growth and teamwork. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Essential Job Qualifications: High School (or GED) plus 2-3 years of other specialized schooling or equivalent such as 1-3 years of Accounting and/or Finance applications and analytics is required; 1 year of experience with the company working in an analytics role Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
