Key Exciting Responsibilities:

* Spearhead proactive training and development programs, collaborating with the training department to identify channel technical gaps and build high-impact instructional content.

* Act as the definitive technical expert and voice of the customer, capturing field insights to guide the internal business area on future product development.

* Empower distributor sales and technical teams during the pre-sales phase, ensuring accurate solution quoting, seamless installation, and successful system commissioning.

* Represent Trimble as an industry leader by delivering compelling physical product demonstrations and technical presentations at major trade shows and training events.

Essential Skills & Experience:

* You possess 2-5 years of experience in civil construction or survey practices, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry workflows.

* You have a proven aptitude for technical problem-solving and troubleshooting advanced hardware and software solutions.

* You are an exceptional communicator, comfortable presenting value propositions and training diverse audiences ranging from end-users to dealer executives.

* You demonstrate strong prioritization and organizational skills, with a track record of providing structured on-the-job training.

* You are physically capable of working long hours on active construction sites to support real-world applications.

Bonus Points For:

* Relevant post-graduate education in construction management, engineering, or a related technical field.

* Specialized experience in technical writing or creating structured educational documentation.

Logistics:

* Location: Open / Flexible Location (Hybrid or Remote options based on proximity to Trimble offices)

* Travel Requirement: 60%+ travel expected
