Description
We are seeking an Accountant to join our team, and are open to considering candidates at various experience levels. Compensation, title, and responsibilities will be aligned with the selected candidate's qualifications and experience. This position will have a strong focus on Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and ensuring timely and accurate payment activity. Depending on experience level, the role may also include broader accounting responsibilities such as journal entries, month-end support, account reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

The level and scope of the role will be tailored to the selected candidate's background and capabilities.

Come Build with Us:
  • Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and payable.
  • Perform month/quarter/year-end closing and assist with financial analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain journal entries, trial balances and financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal accounting and control procedures.
  • Assist with annual budget preparations.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
Bring Your Expertise:
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years' experience in bookkeeping, corporate accounting or general ledger accounting. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Electronic invoice processing and document routing through automated workflow systems preferred.
  • Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
